As time is a continuum, and thus divisible into an infinite number of points, it's infinitely unlikely (and thus debatably impossible) for two events to occur at the same time.
Although if you want to get all quantum up in this shit, I guess they could happen at the same time, in which case it would be random which one catches it.
Also, simultaneity is relative.
