I've finished both X and Y last month. I want to play once again from the very beggining, but I don't want to erase my saves. Can I emulate X or Y on PC?

You can't, just wait for Pokemon Bank to send all your pokemon onto one game and restart.

Just transfer all your Pokemon to one version and start up the other. What's the fucking point of owning 2 if you aren't going to use one for playthroughs?

Unless you plan to wait a few years and/or buy a Japanese 3DS with Bank installed, you're fucked. I suggest you just buy another copy of the game (buy the opposite version).
