I used Action Replay on my Soul Silver game to get the Lock Capsule, but when I try to use the Relocator in Black, it won't work; all it does is search for the event Pokémon, and when it doesn't find any, it closes the Relocator.
Do I need to use the AR to retrieve another event Pokemon in order for the Relocator to port BOTH, or is there something else I need to do?
