Hey guys, pretty new to pokemon x (got it at Christmas) been the first poke-game I've owned since silver. So I'm just wondering what IV and EV training is?

Also any spare pokemon from breeding that are unwanted and will just be chucked into wonder trade that people wouldn't mind trading with me would be wonderful.

I haven't got much to offer in terms of pokemon yet though, but like I said, if they're only going to be released or wonder traded you might as well give them to a loving trainer :)
