They should'nt have coincided the release date with fucking Christmas.
They should have given bank simultanous, staggered releases instead of favouring the Japanese.

I kept telling myself this back in September when I was waiting for Flipnote. You can see how well it turned out.

At this point Nintendo have had the chance to redeem themselves, and they failed. Only course of action is to either ignore them and play somewhere else (hell you can play Showdown where you can use all the bankmons you want) or take action and redouble our efforts to FORCE a release, and if that doesn't work, make our own transfer system. The good folks at Pokecheck should get it done faster than Nintendo is taking to PUSH THE GODDAMN RELEASE BUTTON AND LET THE MONEY POUR IN.

I totally get your sentiments about Flipnote, but given the short amount of time that has passed, I wouldn't write it off yet. The free trial ends on Jan 31, obviously they will have to extend it for the Japs anyway so we can expect some kind of announcement by then. If nothing, then sure, give up hope and casually check back every once in a while. But I wouldn't cry foul right now, because Nintendo obviously doesn't operate on immediate terms when it comes to delays. Remember AC:NL? Wasn't that severely delayed too? Where can you get a Japanese 3DS with already installed Bank? It's pretty much more practical and realistic than waiting for Bank forever.

There are probably Wi-Fi services by people that have Bank, but I'd rather not freeload off their Bank just to transport a box (and tradebacks take a painfully longass time)
