Hey /vp/ I had a question I just bred a perfect 6 iv totodile with egg moves, if I switch the 5iv father with this perfect one am I more likely to get another 6iv totodile? No. Destiny Knot only selects 5 random IVs from both parents. The 6th one is random and completely dependent on luck.

with 2 5 IV parents, 1 out of every 6 will inherit the right set of perfect IVs from the parents, then 1 out of every 32 of those 1 out of 6 will roll a perfect IV
with two 6 IV parents you're guaranteed a 5 IV baby every time, so the rate of getting a 6 IV would be just 1/32
