Have you ever managed to convert a friend/other half to liking pokemon?
My girlfriend claims to hate pokemon, but she's very naive and has watched a couple of episodes that she seemed to enjoy
She reluctantly made a deal with me that if I buy her pokemon X and she tries it but doesn't like it then she'll give it to me, but hopefully she enjoys it and I get her hooked

Anyone have similar situations in the past?
