have 5iv adamant male, but only a 3iv HP DEF SPDEF Female,
Put Attack Power item on male and destiny knot on female.
Breed until I get a 4iv female with 31 attack, switch out parents repeat same process until I get a 5 iv female. NOW I use the everstone on the male, and destiny knot on the female. Guaranteed 4 iv children with the correct nature.
