Garchomp proved that you can lower some stats in order to boost others even more, and you can change its type, and pretty much anything is better than bug/flying.

I always saw it is Bug/Fighting, considering its signature move is physical.

I think Huge Power with 90 base attack and good speed along with slight defensive boosts would make it good for elemental punches and shit.

It strikes me as Fairy since Fairy type is all about moonlight and starlight, and Ledian feeds on starlight and is the 5 star pokemon, but fighting was my second choice.
