Last night I came across a shiny Trevenant with an Impish nature and the Natural Cure ability. Is it at all usable? If so what EVs should I give it?

Natural Cure is pretty viable, yeah. Mine is Impish but it has Harvest instead.

My EVs are 252 HP, 160 Def and 116 Spd but I've seen quite a few different spreads.

Oh yeah, my bad, you won't want Curse unless you have Harvest. Definitely go with Substitute.

I prefer Harvest + Sitrus to Natural Cure, but NC + Leftovers is perfectly viable.

- Substitute
- Will o' Wisp
- Leech Seed
- Wood Hammer | Horn Leech | Protect

Protect is a little more viable on the NC/Leftovers variant imo, but you really need to make sure your team is structured well enough to pass up grass coverage and horn leech's free health.
