What are some pokemon that surprised you? I was forced to use pic related for a tournament, and she surprisingly walled many physical attacks with ease, while annoying everyone with T-Wave.

Avalugg has surprised me. I thought it looked pretty derp, and my first impression was "oh boy, another ice type" but after seeing that replay of one taking focus punch from breloom with 0 fucks, I've been running one in showdown and i'm about to breed a sturdy bergmite on my cart. guy is boss as fuck, no one suspects much from him, and he knocks down tons of guys who expect an easy kill.

Same here, I bred one because I used it in the main story and liked its design...turns out it's an absolute beast.

I was on 2-4 to the opponent, sent out Avalugg and he won against Azumarill, Scizor, Mega-Kangaskhan and Noivern don't know why he used Noivern last bringing back the entire match for me.

Just a small tip, but you would benefit from having 252HP instead of 252 Def or at least splitting it between them, that way:

>More benefit from using Cotton Guard, since your defense is multiplied by the HP
>Will give More Special Def bulk
>Will heal more with the leftovers as well

Just a suggestion

I haven't really needed to use U-Turn yet, but I love this. Also, I added leftovers since it's the only thing that can heal him with this set.

I thought about that, and it is a nice alternative since it can force switches, but I like the +3 boost to Furfrou's defense more.

Snarl is good to slow down those special attackers and Refresh stops people from using Toxic or anything else on you

I use a bulky stoutland to force switches. Go in with intimidate, use baby doll eyes, then toxic their ass. I guess you could also use thunderwave on him. He has ok speed.

jesus christ furfrou is nuts. I'm pretty bad but goddamn even with only base 60 def, if you're getting essentially 12 fucking times that in 2 turns it's insane.
