I know jack shit about competitive pokemon but I'm thinking about messing around with it.

Is this dude usable at all? Serebii says he has 6 weaknesses which sounds pretty bad.

Krookodile is all about abusing Moxie. He's either unstoppable or fizzles out, the 6 weaknesses don't mean too much.

I use this and it works decently, although PUP Could be replaced with something else.

Previous posts have been mostly shit so far. I'll give you a brief analysis.

>95/80/70 defenses with Intimidate
>Ground/Dark is a good defensive typing
>access to Taunt and Knock Off, two very good support moves
>also has a good 117 attack stat backed up by 92 base speed and a good offensive ability in Moxie, which lets it run a decent offensive set (Ground and Dark are good types offensively, too)

Basically, Krookodile is a supporter nowdays. It can take the aggressive route if it wants to, however.

An Assault Vest set with knock off and Intimidate actually sounds really, really usable.

You hit ~400/~300/~350 defenses at max HP and Special Defense investment, and then you resist the slightly more common ghost/poison/electric types coming about today.

With stuff like Low Sweep and the buffed Knock Off, it has utility options while running vest.
Hell, Intimidate+Rock Slide+Earthquake alone is pretty great for just running in doubles.

I don't know what the hell you've been smoking but Ground/Dark is not a good defensive typing no matter how you look at it.
>6 weaknesses, out of which 3 are among the most common offensive types (Ice, Fighting, Water)
>Also weak to the omnipresent U-turn
>Shit tier resistances besides Ghost

Electric immunity and Ghost resistance are nice but otherwise it's a horrible, HORRIBLE defensive typing.

I use this exact moveset with focus sash. I think I might switch it out for assault vest since he's bulky enough that the sash doesn't usually go off.
