I'm thinking of using Metagross. How does this set look?

Metagross @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Clear body
EVs: (I'm not too sure yet. Some split between HP, Atk and Spd)
Jolly Nature
-Agility
-Meteor Mash
-Zen Headbutt
-???

That's what I have so far. Tips or advice?
