Let's say you use Tackle, but your opponent uses Me First.

Your opponent moves first, and Me First lets him use your Tackle.

HOWEVER. His Tackle as its power boosted by 50%.

It's Mirror Move with priority.

I got a good laugh when someone used it on my Gliscor while it was readying Earthquake, and I'd just swapped in a Gyarados.

Their partner Pokemon did not survive.

Me First doesn't have increased or decreased priority. It just means that if you happen to move before the opponent does, (i.e outspeed) then you'll use the move they were going to use but with increased power.

Umbreon is a dark type
Synchronoise can only hit Pokemon that are the same type as the user
It's also a Psychic move, meaning it doesn't affect Dark types
Meaning there are exactly zero Pokemon Umbreon can hit it with.

In fairness to Gamefreak it is an egg move for Eevee, like Final Gambit Shedinja, but it's still fun trivia.

Synchronoise is more meant for Jolteon since Volt Absorb and the fact that the move got buffed to 120 Base Power, which means it makes a pretty gud check/counter to other electric types.

It got a major buff this gen fro 70 to 120.

That's the point. It's too specific/gimmicky. Giving the move to pure psychic types (or even part-psychic types) make little to no sense.
