Really hating that the Pokemon bank was only open for a brief while. Now the GTS and Pokemon bards (like this one) have become insane with Jewery. Can't get your hands on a legendary from the 'bank unless you already have one. When the fuck will it reopen?!

I guess the problem is transparency. If Nintendo sets another release date everyone will mark their calendars, and if they haven't upgraded their server capacity by that point then they'll just cause another crash. Anybody else thinking the reason why Nintendo hasn't said anything is to try and make an unannounced release? So server traffic will be more fragmented over the course of it's release

It's been widely known for years how to make a completely generated Pokemon appear legal and legit, there's no way in hell they'll be able to filter out all hacked Pokemon unless they fuck over a whole bunch of people who got theirs legit.
