How about an ability that takes off a large set amount of HP to use charge/recharge moves without the extra turn?
Whatever pokemon it's on should also be able to learn Entrainment or Skill Swap, and call it Impatient.

New ability called vigorous, doesnt give any charge time but lowers your defense stats by 1 each time you use the move

I understand it would have 760 BST but holy shit man he needs a god damn buff already. This meta could handle a pokemon like slaking and regigigas without a defective ability.

Also, If its speed stays at 95, it wont be so bad considering it doesnt have many boosting moves, though it does have an enourmous movepool its god like offenses

Would kind of be pointless without that 25% health drop for Flying types. It's distribution is stupidly high which is part of the problem. By making it only hit flying types and levitate users it's use would be more niche and you'd have to carry Spikes to hit everything else. There are some like Fortress who wouldn't care but a lot of support Pokemon usually only carry SR as their sole entry hazard. Between hitting everything else with Spikes or hitting just a few with SR, SR becomes a less viable option.

i thought the point of Sneaky stones was spikes that hit things that fly. not do gay type related damage. hail, sandstorm, leech seed, spikes do not. stealth rocks should do percent based damaged and you should have to stack them to cut %50 of a pokemon's hp.

A) The Pokemon has Flying as one of it's types (Fire, Bug, and Ice are not counted)
B) The Pokemon has levitate as it's ability
