What? Nothing. If he doesn't have stance change, then he can't do anything outside of being a useless wall, because he won't be able to change form Defense Stance into Offense Stance.

It would need to be a defensive ability and not something offensive, because without stance change you're stuck with 60/50/150/50/150/60 base stats, and nothing with base 50 offenses is going to make a dent in anything.
