Is the only way to run a Noivern with a life orb/scarf? I've got a timid 5IV (without scarf/orb) and she keeps getting her shit wrecked. She always goes first (only thing that outran me was a jolteon) but seems to have trouble killing things and usually gets OHKO'd

Do I need to get gud?

Just use Specs if you want that power boost. Like you said, few things outrun it and the power boost is vital
