Hey, /vp/. What's the best nature for this badass motherfucker? Smogon says Relaxed (+Def -Spe), but really, who would want to hit Ferrothorn with a physical attack? Wouldn't Sassy (+Sp.Def -Spe) be better?

Please help.

I run physically defensive Ferrothorn because I always give it a Rocky Helm.
Makes a great switch in to Mega Kanga and Talonflame.

Seriously, no one would stay in at that point. I use Ferrothorn to rack up some heavy damage on Talonflame or to just kill it when it is low on health. It works really well.
Also,

I'm thinking Gyro Ball, SR, Spikes, and Thunderwave even though I already got a prankster Sableye with WoW. Is this a good idea?
