>which still gets 2KO'd by some common threats apparentlyExcept that's wrong. Only an idiot would switch goodra into a draco meteor or ice beam. Goodra has enough bulk to avoid being revenge killed by any special attacker outside of latios, which fails to OHKO it, a testament to goodra's bulk.
Thundy (the calc uses the inferior therian version mind you) and lucario have to set up nasty plot first. Which means that while they set up, goodra can switch in for free. The 2HKO is irrelevant since goodra can take the 50% damage and KO in return.
