Alright guys, today is maintence day at nintendo, every monday 3-7 P.M EST, there's a scheduled maintenance for wii u and 3ds. However today there is an additional extended maintenance for non other than Pokemon X and Y. I strongly suspect nintendo is simply preparing to release Pokemon Bank either tonight/tomorrow or after a nintendo direct this week.
