Personally I hate the Choice items. I don't like being locked into one move per switch, especially with how common SR is.
Yeah, I think I just got a little burned out. I have 5 friends that live around me and are all also into playing competitively, so we'd be constantly breeding and battling since Gen IV. B2/W2 just didn't excite me so I didn't get them, and stopped paying attention to events.
I love X/Y though. just started my Y version so I can get the other stones and another leftovers, and my X is pretty much out of box space from how easy it is to breed and collect parents with Wonder Trade.
