Hello friends.
I just got a Modest Ralts through Wonder Trade with perfect IVs in HP, Defense, Sp. Atk, and Speed. It has the egg moves Disable, Shadow Sneak, Confuse Ray, and Destiny Bond. Also it's female so no Gallade.
What kind of EVs should I give it to make it viable?
