I live in New York city and its hot as balls here. Just 24 hours ago, there was snow everywhere and all of a sudden it turned to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The snow was literally evaporating overnight and I was walking home from work too. The fog was dense as hell and anything past a few feet was unseeable. And now tomorrow is suppose to be 14?

I loved Fortree City in Hoenn. The whole route leading up to it was so great. Hoenn's nature was just superb, really.

As for the weather, in good ol' Chicago it's a wind chill of negative 52 degrees and the mayor's declared a state of disaster. Pic related.

I really like Village Bridge for some reason. Probably because it's like a little town but it isn't considered a town on the map.

For me it's Lilycove. I'm a huge fan of seaside cities and I spent hours with the Pokeblock maker in Emerald. The music being god tier helped too.

However, the coziest place in the Pokemon series will have to be pic related.

Usually all the starting towns are pretty cozy, but my favorite would probably be Ecruteak.

As far as the weather, I live on the Georgia-Florida border and it's supposed to be 15 degrees tomorrow. I know that 15 degrees is nothing in comparison to what the Northerners are going through right now, but 15 degrees doesn't happen here very often. It hasn't snowed in this city since 1989.

Village Bridge definitely, it has one of my favourite series soundtrack, it gives me goosebumps.
Pic related, I've always found GSC Lavender Town cozy, with the new melancholic soundtrack (and eons better than the RBY one IMHO) it looks like a quiet mountain town like the one I went during summer vacation when I was a kid.

That said, I'm from the central valley, so it's cold and we're all hicks, but eh. Still best state.
On topic: I don't know why, but I've always loved Fallabor Town. Despite it being in the middle of nowhere in a harsh climate, it always seems so nice and friendly. The music probably also helps with that. Twinleaf is a close second.
