I've got a couple of those, the Jirachi/Pichu one, the Winter '11 Celebi one, and the Legendary Beasts/unreleased Celebi one. My problem is the only copy I can reset is my SoulSilver, so I'll only be able to give out the Legendary Beasts and Celebi. But everyone with these carts should do a giveaway after Bank comes out, I'd like to give back to everyone who helped me.

They still work, just change the internal clock to the date of the event. The cart distributes the event to the game so you'll need multiple DSs and since it is a event you only get only Pokemon per cart. So it a lot of starting new games and trading them to one cart.
