The Fire starter is basically Gen VP's Fire starter. It does fit the zodiac pattern, but seems like the leaker may have been "inspired" by it.
The villain team story sort of works until the "mortal sacrifice" bit. I can see them having that as a plot point after X/Y, but I can't see the character actually being killed off.
The gameplay overhaul isn't impossible, but I doubt it. Unless by "simplify" they mean going back to Physical/Special split.
Overall, some of it could be legit, the leaker could make shit up to compensate for info he doesn't know, but I think it's rubbish.
