I have a quick question.

Sometimes, in the PSS, when I click on someone's profile, it's almost entirely blank. It will say their name, message, and location, but nothing else - no playtime, no history, no pokemon-amie information, nothing.

Is this just a communication error, or is there a way people are blocking their information?

More information: The players weren't wearing the default clothing & the last couple of people I saw like this were from the UK.
