I honestly can't pick a favorite first stage. I have a hard time choosing between the Kanto ones.

But my favorite Pokemon of all is Swampert. I am not a fan of Mudkip, don't like Marshtomp, but Swampert is my favorite. And I have no idea why.

Gen 1: Squirtle
Gen 2: Totodile
Gen 3: Mudkip
Gen 4: Turtwig or Piplup (probably Turtwig)
Gen 5: Snivy
Gen 6: Close between Chespin and Froakie, but Chespin

Overall Totodile's da best.

I think generally Hoenn, but fav starter is definitely the Zard. Always. Gen 1 is always Zard, Gen 2 is always Gatr, Gen 4 is always Torterra, fuck GenV but if I had to pick, hands down Serperior and Gen 6 is Greninja always. Gen 3 though, I love and raise all of them pretty evenly. Chickboxer is fav tho
