How much does 252 evs in a stat translate to its base stat? Meaning if a pokemon has a base of 100 attack and is given 252 evs in attack, what would his "base stat" then essentially be?
Same with natures. I've heard 10%, so does that mean if the base is 100 it is 110 boosted and 90 hindered?
