Obviously, both are inferior to either U-turn or switching out.
If you're mocking the idea of running coverage moves for Fairies in general, notice how I never said the coverage move had to be Super-Effective. Few Fae enjoy powerful Physical attacks unless they have a resistance. An unSTABed Earthquake at +1 or 2 from most Dragon-types is going to spell disaster for nearly all of them.
>inb4 free boostsIt's a safe bet any Dragon that's using Outrage while there are still Fairies on the opposing team is either Choiced (in which case it's forced out immediately) or has already Danced. The only time where an unboosted (or even Choiced, if we're being honest here) Outrage is actually a good idea is at the end of a match, where your opponent only two or three Pokemon remaining, all of whom are either heavily damaged, statused, or both.
