I don't get why people would do that. I don't understand how these non-Japs without Pokebank even got their hands on these Legendaries and still manage to suck so badly with them.

If they're not b&2ubers and work well with the OU, sure. The Teeter Dance and SereneSleep hax are so much fun with my speedy Meloetta. It's a shame she can't tank well so she relies on that for defense, though.
