Second technically did, but only because they threw in Kanto again and we know that's not repeating itself.

Ruby and Sapphire really didn't, everyone just remembers Emeralds endgame.

So basically it was just Gens 4 and 5 that did.

There's a bunch of Restaurants in the big city. Pay the entrance fee, battle a ton of trainers with no breaks, get a big reward if you mop them up quickly.

In lumiose city there are restaurants around that you can battle in. Le Wow is the best for this purpose, if you battle with an amulet coin, prize money power, you should be able to make a profit considering it takes 100,000 to get in.

Restruant Le Wow gives you shit tons of money and EXP, its a great place to level pokemon after you breed them and EV train them.

I got my Noibat from level 1 to level 100 in about 6 hours game time, my breloom and doublade are both in the 80's and my gible is already a garchomp and I only hatched him this afternoon.

I used 4 pokemon for the duration of the game

Greninja
Charizard (with mega stone)
Ampharos (Mega stone again)
Malamar

I only used the Charizard due to most the gyms/elite 4 having this very obvious fire weakness and half the time I never mega evolved because I wanted to save it for my bro Ampharos.

I had fun, the regional dex is big enough that I just boxed half the free shit fucked around with stuff like gogoat and pangoro in on my team for awhile.

If you run exp power, with lucky egg and stick protect on your level 1 pokemon, you can get 50 in one round of battling. Typically I clear triple battles in one turn, Just use something with a solid earthquake and something else that's immune with a priority attack.

I use M kangaskhan and talonflame. It takes about 10-15 minute to clear all the trainers and walk away with a level 50 mon.

Yes, of all the 252 Pokémons on the game, you precisely carry with you the weak point of a Snorlax when you don't even know he has one the first time you battle him. I know that everyone choose typhlosion and have flamethrower and earthquake at that point, but the very coincidence of having a ghost with you it's pretty unlikely.
