Female Bulbasaur. I was just thinking about breeding them to get a 6IV male to use for all breeding in the monster/grass group but didn't feel like trying to get one and would have to wait til bank. No max IV but still good enough for meMake sure you check the IV of the thing I gave you, it has 5 max one but I don't know in what stats, it also have 4 egg moves. The pokemon may suck but it is one of the best of those sucky pokemon
