I was battling against my friend at his house last night and I always lead with Ariados. I managed to pull off 3 sticky webs and at that point, even with his speed boost Blaziken, it was over.

I go into Battle Station to find some quick people to battle today and every time I tried to do more than 1 sticky web, it fails! Is there some kind of rule in the Battle Station I don't know about?

Can sticky web only be used 1 time in Battle Station??
