Mega Blaziken has already appeared (although so far we have seen it show up in Mega Form, do stuff, then revert to normal form). If you are waiting to see a Pokemon actually Mega Evolve, I'm pretty sure Diantha is going to show up with her Gardevoir in a few episodes.

As far as Ash getting a Mega Evolution goes...I would find him getting a decent team without Megas then getting wrecked by another trainer with a Mega in the league semifinals more believable.
