>>17225814I'll go up front and apologize for coining the term Skydoge. While Doge was rising in popularity I created a list of Doge pokemon so we could all have those nickname references and Shaymin-Sky was the only Dog that didn't have a Doge nickname, so I took it upon myself to change that.
I'm not exactly sure where or when things went wrong. Maybe it was naming our game ShowDERP. Maybe it was having more than just a handful of "mememons" in the pastebin. Specs Weedle, Snips, Shrekle and Funbro are the only ones that deserve to be there, the others are either smogon sets, have nothing special about them at all or are based on stupid jokes(dabears101, killallnerds.exe, charles barkley, etc)
Our relationship with Reddit also hurt us big time. It was only supposed to be a front for when we went on Showdown, as 4chan usually blames things on other people. Now, everyone is trying their hand at being the next best troll on /vp/, the only one to truly succeed being that ShawnMendes guy. The rest are not memorable and/or not funny at all.
