Hello everyone

2 part question here which involves this guy, I recently got a 5IV Timid HA Bulbasaur. What is a good build for this guy? I've seen special tanks, stalling and chlorophyll sets but I wouldn't know what would be ideal.

The other part comes from a replacement, I have a 6IV Protean Greninja and a 5IV Huge Power Azumarill (with the ideal sets and moves). Who should I replace with this lumpy moo?
