I have a shiny Kingdra that was traded to me from the GTS when I put up a bank mon and was seeking any Kingdra.
It has shit IVs and a shit nature. The person had trained it before, so it has bad EVs. It has no egg moves, and Swift Swim, which is probably inferior to Sniper this gen. The only redeeming thing about it is that it is shiny. Do you have any offers, OP? I'm not seeking anything in particular, just interesting stuff
