>>17234546Because everyone can get a charmander at literally the beginning of the game and breed their own. It's so common and easy to get that it might as well be early route trash. Yeah, it's got a mega, but if you care that much about having a good nature/ivs you're either going to breed for one yourself or go looking to trade for one specifically on the internet. If you don't care about natures/ivs, you're going to use the one you got at the beginning of the game. When I wondertrade I only give out good breeding leftovers from stuff like bankmons, or later game stuff. If I IV bred for a bunnelby I'd release that shit. I gave out my leftover sneasels, protean froakies (when we were still in the first two weeks), bergmites, that kind of stuff, and now I'm giving out chimchars. Is it so much to ask that I might get some bankmons back? I don't even care if they're good iv'd breeding rejects. I just want some to fill out my dex. Or ya know, go catch some late game stuff like things you can only fish with a super rod or things like Phantump/Pumpkaboo, breed up a bunch of them and wondertrade them in hopes that some kid just starting the game will get something he otherwise wouldn't have until way late in the game. You might make some kids day, or you might just break up the monotony of the breeding rejects for other traders.
