There was a user who sold event pokémon for 5 dollars a pokemon, and earned over 70 dollars before it got taken down. It should be noted that it was while gen 5 still was the most relevant games.

There are also shiny pokémon GUIDES to for example shiny korean Ditto with 6 perfect IVs. Again, guides. Which means it's probably a link to pokecheck, and download one.

Extremely sleazy if you ask me, but somehow people are actually willing to buy this shit.

Just FYI, "guides" is also how people get around the eBay rules. They are often just a front for the actual goods.

But eBay won't help you regardless if you get scammed, so it's silly to buy this shit.

Worse comes to worse, claim you're selling a guide. If eBay EVER questions you, mail something with tracking or provide eBay with a random tracking number and they'll have to accept that what you're selling is a PHYSICAL item, even if it's not.

Their policy is hardly enforced.

The Pokemon community in my area is HUGE, I recently got paid $60 to IV breed up six perfect Pokemon for a dude I know, and a few years ago I got paid for RNGing shiny Pokemon since everyone wanted legit Pokemon for Nationals but everyone is too lazy to learn how to RNG.

A bunch of people at my office got XY but none of them are into competitive. I play monhun with one of them who seemed kinda interested in it, but it'll probably take a while since this is his first pokemon game and he's still learning the type chart and what different moves do
