What's a good set for Altaria? I want to run a mostly defensive build.

I was thinking maybe Feather Dance or Cotton Guard to cover that hole in its defenses, or Roar to prevent someone from using a Mon that could break through that hole.

Roost, Refresh, and Substitute seem great for staying healthy. Sub and Roost would work amazingly together. I don't have access to Heal Bell, unfortunately.

Lastly, in order to be able to do SOME damage, I could run a Toxic stall out build, but I already have more Pokes who run that than I should. DDance + Claw/Rush seems good for hitting them while they fail to make dents in Altaria, but would take up two spots.


Considering all of this, what do you guys think would be the best compromise between all of these moves?
