By some miracle I beat the powered up elite four with my mostly level 60 team. This is in HG to give context.

>Lance
>sends out salamence (72), i send out froslass (59)
>blizzard, it hits, salamence faints
>cool
>sends out charizard (68), i send out golem (59)
>stone edge misses, hit with flamethrower, stone edge again and it hits, charizard faints
>sends out gyarados (68), i send out meganium (58)
>inevitably ice fangs, meganium is on the brink
>use frenzy plant, the gods watch over me as i read "Critical Hit!", gyarados faints
>sends out dragonite (75), send froslass again
>proceed to murder the last three of lance's pokemon with 3 consecutive blizzards

I was going in to the powered up elite four being 100% positive i was gonna lose. Anybody have similar stories where you, by some miracle, pull through an impossible battle?
