I thought Legendaries were guranteed 31 IVs in at least three stats.

Went to check the IVs of my Serious natured Xerneas I got off GTS and he said it was "above average" with good ATK, DEF, and SPA.

Did the same with a Friend Safari Lampent and it too only has above average with three good stats.

Secondly, when he says, "Above Average" it's based on the TOTAL IV count.

Si if your Xerneas has 31's in ATK DEF and SPA thats a total of 93. If the other 3 IVs were shit like a 4, 2, and 6 then your grand total would be 105, which is, GASP, just over half of what the total would be if it had 6 31's across the board.

Meaning, it's ABOVE AVERAGE
