Run those moves with Recover, and maximum HP and Defense. You can run maximum attack over defense to make you less reliant on PuP to hit hard, but without the defense investment you get KOed too easily by physical attackers.

Magic Bounce
Knock Off
Shadow Sneak

A Fake Out+Knock off is enough to deal heavy damage to frail special attackers and leads, plus you're bulky enough to survive any special attack.

Drain Punch is a transfer only move. You can't have Drain Punch and Protean.
