How to run him?
I'm looking for a balance between fun to use and good. Something you would use to battle friends, not Smogonites.

Right now I have:
Jolly@Medichamite
252 Att 252 Spe 4 Hp
- Accupressure
- Recover
- High Jump Kick
- Ice Punch

Anyone who's used him have tips?

Funny enough he isn't a great mon even with an ability like Pure Power, he's easily revenge killed and is generally slow. If you are going to run him you are gonna want sticky web support and run it with an Adamant nature for more power.
So I'd recommend 4 HP 252 Attack 252 Speed with Bullet Punch/Ice Punch/High Jump Kick/Psycho Cut. You can switch BP out for Thunder Punch if you want the extra coverage over the priority. Just remember to have sticky web support he isn't worth it without it

I ran sub instead of psycho cut, did pretty well in UU.

I also find my self asking "what makes azumarill good?"

Why psycho cut over zen headbutt? Isn't flinch chance better than the better accuracy because of sticky web?

Also having a non contact move is nice in case of flame body, but if you'd rather run zen headbutt go for it, it isn't too bad just watch out for accuracy
