Choice Goggles
All moves are guaranteed to hit, but only allows the use of the first move selected.

OHKO moves don't follow the same rules for accuracy that everything else does, so Choice Goggles wouldn't do anything to them.

Instability Gene

Triples both Atk and SAtk (while held; it's not like a +4 boost), but prevents the selection of physical and special moves.

I'll leave you to figure out how to use this.
