Best one in battles is espeon.
Best looking one is Jolteon.
My favouriite is Leafeon who got great thanks to the buff to knock off and steel no longer resisting dark (only 4 pokemo can wall it, 1 of which is uber and the other 3 are easily dispatched).

Espeon really isn't that good in battle, all it has going for it is magic bounce. Sylveon/Vaporeon/Jolteon are all much better.

i remember when i trained my eevee on silver to turn it into a flareon later (i thought stone evolutions learn no moves anymore so i wanted to make it lvl 50)
and it turned into espeon, at first i was kinda mad but its was pretty good.
