Rules are the same as before, except lets change it a bit so it doesn't interfere with the other giveaway thread someone is running.

1) Capture Luvdisc
2) Name it V /vp/
3) Set Froakie as the asked for Pokemon

As of before, there is only 5IV ones, no 4 or below and limited quantities, so get them while they're hot.
