>>17315176It has been mentioned a couple of times already but I'll say it again: Mega Kanga is really, REALLY good and can steamroll through most of the opponents all by itself. Just remember to have a Ghost-type in your team too since the AI loves to counter your lead and will often lead with Fighting-types, allowing you to freely switch in your Ghost. Here's the Kanga set I've been running with good success:
Kangaskhan @ Kangaskhanite
Ability: Scrappy / Parental Bond
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
-Chip Away
-Crunch
-Earthquake
-Power-Up Punch
Strategy:
>Use Power-Up Punch>Demolish everythingChip Away may seem a bit gimmicky or useless but it's actually a very useful move in Maison. The AI loves setting up Curse / Stockpile / Cosmic Power / Double Team against Mega Kanga but Chip Away ignores the opponent's Defense and Evasion boosts so they're not an issue. The power drop when compared to Return hardly ever matters because pretty much everything is KO'd by the combination of PuP + Chip Away unless the opponent is a dedicated physical wall like Avalugg.
Of course, you can always try other teams if you want to be a bit more original. Lately I've been using Garchomp / Milotic / M-Scizor and they pretty much always get me to 50+ in Super Singles, it's a solid team but it has a little weakness against teams that use powerful special sweepers. Basically, here's what you should always have with you in Maison:
>A powerful sweeper as your lead, preferably something that has a little bit of bulk too, e.g. Mega Kanga, Garchomp. Glass cannons are not a good strategy in the long run>Something bulky that can stall and absorb status, RestTalkers are good for this. I use Milotic for this but I could see Eviolite Dusclops working very well with Kanga>Priority users. This is extremely important since priority allows you to beat Quick Claw and fast Pokemon that rely on flinch haxing, e.g. Crobat, Aerodactyl, Archeops. Bullet Punch Scizor is your best choice
