Basically, I want it to have that Speed Boost utility, but while still being a genuine threat. You can play around with the set for your own needs - you can scrap an offensive move for Swords Dance if you want some extra boosts, or ditch the White Herb for a better item. You can try Substitute, too. Your call.
I pass my boosts to my Exploud, which, with all of its coverage and STAB Scrappy Boomburst, intimidates a lot of opponents. But Maxmimum SpAtk investment is a must, because it's only just above average. With enough to outspeed Sacred Sword, it's a perfect Aegislash counter. You have to be wary of priority, though, because Exploud's kind of frail, particularly to Mach Punch.
